At Luviera Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal-use products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted if:

* You received a damaged product
* You received the wrong item
* The product was defective upon arrival

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

* Change of mind
* Fragrance preference issues
* Opened or used products
* Minor packaging variations

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
